As a Sleep Consultant, about 90% of my clients come to me and say, "I would like to sleep train, but I do not want my baby to cry!"

My response - "I am a mom. I have worked with newborns, infants and toddlers for 25+ years. I completely understand and I get it! I am here to help you achieve solid sleep, all while implementing a gentle approach. My ultimate goal is to make sure you feel supported and empowered, yet comfortable with my guidance. We work together to achieve sleep success!"

Sleep training is in fact possible, while implementing a gentle approach. Sleep training does not have to involve hours of excessive crying. There are ways to implement healthy sleep habits and achieve sleep success with little to no crying involved.

As a Sleep Consultant and a mom, I understand the stress and anxiety that surrounds sleep training. I am here to tell you that sleep training should not be a stressful or anxiety provoking process. If you have the right tools and support in place, you will find sleep training to be empowering and rewarding.

If you are struggling with your little ones sleep and looking to achieve sleep success with little to no crying, contact me today! All of my plans are customized for you and YOUR baby!
