Are you suddenly struggling with your baby's nap time? Here are some indicators that your baby may be getting too much sleep & it is time to drop a nap!

  1. Resisting nap time

  2. Takes longer to fall asleep at nap time

  3. Nap time is becoming increasingly shorter

  4. Early morning wake-ups

  5. Does not appear tired when nap time is near

  6. Wake windows are increasing

  7. Takes longer to fall asleep at bedtime

Continue to watch for sleepy cues & modify your little's schedule accordingly. Sometimes just a simple shift in your little one's schedule is all that is needed!
